SCARCITY - Rio de Janeiro - Real-Time Environment in UE4

First environment of the game Scarcity, inspired by Rio de Janeiro. The game is a fast paced multiplayer shooter.
This map itself is a fictional representation of where the Pavão-Pavãozinho / Cantagalo favela would be.
I designed the map layout considering the gameplay, virtually all streets and alleys are navigable, and everything was made for equal balancing for both teams. I also decided which assets needs to be produced by other team members and worked as the only Level Design on this project. I also made the landscape and its layers, some props, many shaders and textures. Some textures were purchased from Megascans and layered into shaders for buildings.
It took me about 5 months to get to this environment. This forced me to learn a lot, especially optimization techniques on Unreal Engine 4 to run 60 FPS on a GTX 1060, various process automation tools, and many other challenges.
Many thanks to everyone on the Exceedreams Entertainment team who helped throughout this project.
